Sunday 14th Masters Series Final, Mullingar EC

For those who have not yet qualified for the Masters Series Final the final qualifier will be held in the West Midlands region at Roscrea Equestrian Centre, Co. Tipperary on August 31st.

Mini Leauge Gets off to a Great Start!

The West Clubs Mini Show Jumping Derby & Dressage League 2014 got off to a great start in Hanley’s Equestrian Centre, Claremorris on Sunday arch 9th with good enteries in all classes. The next leg will take place in Duffys Equestrian Centre, Claregalway on Sunday next March 23rd & is the last chance for anybody who didn’t make it to Claremorris to compete & qualify for prizes in the final.

On Sunday March 2nd Round Tower RC held a very successful Training Show in River View Stables, Crossmolina which was great to get everybody back into a competitive mood after the winter break. Riders got to ride their Dressage Test under the watchful eye of judge Lizzie Naughton who then gave some advice on where you could improve and then you got the chance to ride your test again putting this advise into practise & see if you could improve your marks, which was very helpful.

In the Show Jumping arena Padraic Corcoran was on hand to give advice & tips on how to improve both your & your horses jumping technique so it was a very enjoyable & beneficial day out, especially for those with new or young horses and those who have upgraded this year.

Due to the success of this Training Show Round Tower will be holding another Training Show on Sunday April 13th in the same location.

Round Tower RC Training Show

Round Tower RC are holding a Training Show on Sunday March 2nd in River View Stables, Crossmolina, Co. Mayo.

There will be Clear Round Jumping and Dressage to dust off the competition cobwebs before the West Clubs Mini Show Jumping Derby & Dressage Leaguegets underway!

Show Jumping includes 2 rounds of jumping with the option to test your ‘optimum time’ and ‘against the clock’ skills in your respective grade – a great chance for new members and recently upgraded members to get some practice in!

Classes starting from 10.30am sharp. Entries €10 per class
